This weeks episode touches a bit on the recent loss of my mother as it pertains to my mental health. It was rough even thinking about having this conversation and even though I don’t go too deep I am proud for sharing as much as I did with you guys. I hope this not only continues to allow y’all to grow and progress with me but also help anyone who is going through what I am... let them know that they are not alone ... also to share some of my thoughts with you all!!!
