You belong to God. You’re his. He is yours. Your body, my body is His temple… not my temple, His temple. Ownership of who I am is not debatable anymore. Temple Life is about living life inside out. When our inner life influences our outer life instead of the other way around. Temple life is a God centered life where we embrace these truths that His word teaches us.

Imagine walking with Jesus as He leaves the wilderness behind and starts the journey towards the cross. There is a lot of time between the wilderness and the cross, so many important stories to consider and reflect on. I hope when we dig deeper into some of these events, we’ll learn to love Him in new ways.

The fact is that Suffering forces us to move in one direction or another… closer to God or away from God.
1. His purpose is greater than our suffering. (This doesn’t mean He doesn’t care)
2. That purpose is to make us more like Jesus.
3. Suffering is redemptive.
