    • 自己啓発

We elevate into the Labyrinth with visionary, entrepreneur, humanitarian, philanthropist, educator and leader Dr. Goli Andishehjoo. Dr. Andishehjoo founded the global children's non-profit One Education One World (O.E.O.W.) a Section 501 (c) (3) organization on a mission to build schools for children that do not have access to quality education in the most rural places of the world.
Dr. Andishehjoo talks about her principles of success of building a non-profit and the importance of instilling hope, discipline and vision into your belief system. She and her team are breaking barriers by redesigning the way children learn and building schools where there were none before. The fire for her journey as an educator was sparked by the Westernized education system failing her needs as a young immigrant from Iran. This  inspired her to become an advocate for educational transformation and discovering a deep purpose to serve underprivileged children.
Dr. Andishehjoo shares about her travels as a volunteer for communities living in extreme poverty, she found herself in India and learned the stories of broken children from all over the world. This magnified her mission to better serve children across the globe living below the poverty line and her destiny to start her own non-profit organization, One Education One World (O.E.O.W.). Dr. Andishehjoo shares about what it takes to start a non-profit and the obstacles along her journey of bringing this vision to life and how she emerged to be successful.
Dr. Andishehjoo and her team have challenged the status quo of outdated education systems by designing a holistic education model to compliment the well being of children's psychological, spiritual, emotional, physical and mental well being. Her work has helped prevent children from being victimized by child labor, child trafficking, being recruiting by militias by giving them an opportunity to live a quality life through education.
Dr. Andishehjoo delivers an insightful and powerful interview, one that will spark inspiration into your heart to make a positive change in your community, or it may just be the message that motivates you to start a non-profit of your own.
Goli's Book Recommendation: "Book of Kabul by Asne Seierstad"
