Great podcast

I’ve been listening to this podcast for over 2 years now. The content, science, and guests have been so informative and helped me shape my views on my own nutrition. Dave has recently been incorporating guests from other fields, like yogis, shamans, and journalists, giving it a new angle that makes the recent podcasts even more interesting.
