Capt Chinmay Nayak is alumnus of Officers Training Academy and has put in 10 Years of Active Military Service in Indian Army .He was commissioned into The Regiment of Artillery and joined the Most Prestigious Bofors Regiment of the Indian Army.  While in Army , He has spend most of his tenure in Active Field Locations at High Altitude in North East and Counter Insurgency Operations Area of J&K While being posted at the Indo China Border as a Company Commander,Capt Chinmay played a pivotal role during the successful Testing Trials of the Artillery Guns by the DRDO at an Altitude above 18000 feet .   He held various Operational and Administrative appointments at Regimental level as a Young Officer. He excelled with an Alfa Grading during the Young Officers Course adding a feather to the cap. ​He also contributed to the Active Operations during Operation Parakram being deployed at Indo China Border.  After release from the Army, he has been Contributing to the Risk Management Domain in the Corporate Sector. He is also actively involved in mentoring the Youths for Service Selection Board Interviews .   He conducts training programmes on Personality Development, Leadership, and is a Motivational Speaker.
