Ty Landrum on Personal and Mythological Reflections on Ashtanga Yoga

This past weekend we had the honor of hosting Ty Landrum for a workshop at Miami Life Center. His love and understanding for the spirit of the practice and its expression through philosophy, the breath, movement and asana, was experienced by all those present.

Ty Landrum is the director of the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, Colorado. He teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the traditional, contemplative and experimental style of his mentors, Mary Taylor and Richard Freeman.
