Two three Michelin star (allegedly) chefs sit down in their million dollar kitchen with some of Toronto's top chefs (improvisers) to talk shop about their favorite recipes and the food world at large. Chef Spencer Thompson and Miguel Gauthier "peel back the onion" on the whole restaurant industry, they "spill the beans" about your favourite celebrity chefs and they "reheat the rice". In every episode you'll get a pinch of sweet sweet seggy's (segments), a dash of hot hot guest, and a bowl full of hearty laughs.
