Helping People Deal with Bitterness (1 Sam 1)
When someone is overcome by bitterness, there are four steps that can help. We should run to him because he uses problems to bring us to him. We should believe him and know his promises. We should keep our commitments to him, and we should praise him.

God Provides, We Complain
God does not want us to be stressed or to complain; both show a lack of trust. He wants us to talk with Him daily and bring our needs to Him. We can trust that He will provide even when we see no hope, especially when we are following what He commands.
