DEALING WITH YOUR FAMILY ON THE HOLIDAYS W/ KARINA REYES Get Deep Inside

On this week's episode of Get Deep Inside (@getdeepinside) I talk about the stress of dealing with your family on the holidays. I know this is not the case for everyone but if you do not have a good relationship with your family the holidays can be tough, at least they are for me. I talk about what happened during Thanksgiving and how I protected my mental health. I talk about self care and prioritizing your time and having an escape plan or putting time limits on events especially if you are a busy person.
