We discuss points on leadership, empowerment, respect and passion. Eric has an accomplished animation and VFX career working on high-profile productions. His background includes creative leadership, directing, animation direction, screenwriting and IP development.

Natalie Wetzig is a director and storyboard artist who graduated from CalArts. Her credits include Rio 2, Epic, Lego Ninjago, Lego Batman, Lego 2 and unannounced projects in development. She has experience working in television, story boarding and directing on DC Super Hero Girls for Warner Brothers. She loves to hike and has completed the California section of the Pacific Crest Trail.

Welcome to Season 2! On this episode I have the great pleasure to talk to Signe Baumane. Signe, is a Latvian-born independent filmmaker, artist and animator based in New York. She is currently making her second animated feature "My Love Affair With Marriage". Her first, "Rocks In My Pockets", premiered at Karlovy Vary in 2014, went to over 160 film festivals and had its U.S. release through Zeitgeist Films. Her 16 animated shorts have screened collectively at over 400 film festivals.
