On today’s episode I visit the Nacogdoches Farmers Market where I get to learn about Swift Hill Farms and their egg production. Followed up with a visit to the farm where I am so excited to see the operation first hand! Today is the grand opening of Black Coffee Records located in Marshall Texas. I was fortunate to join Kip this morning and brew some coffee in honor of his grand opening. Today we experience the cosmic shed. I have a chance to brew coffee and share with the owner Cindy who makes this place a world-class experience. Cosmic shed is an art installation, art park. Free to visitors open Sunday only. East Texas Y’all
