    • 自己啓発

In this episode we talk about how Christy Tagatac started Create Safely and came up with the design for PotKITbook. During the pandemic Christy pivoted to create educational content that focused on infection control and proper hygiene while navigating the new normal on and off set. Through her experience of working with a cosmetic brand that's focus was on hygiene she was able to provide hope for the makeup community and would spend countless hours researching and sharing the real time information she was receiving day to day with artists around the globe. She was also helping friends and colleagues get their kits ready by providing insight to kit upgrades, products, sanitation practices, and much more. Her mission with Create Safely is to provide a platform that has free resources and to unite the creative industry. We also talk about what she is seeing on set, how to find your work flow to mitigate risk, and filling in a gap that she saw was missing by creating the PotKITbook to help artists stay organized, save time, work more efficiently, and Create Safely.    Other topics: Applying the 3 step technique which is a simple approach to navigate creating safely. 1. Knowledge - information you are aligned with 2. Practice- put it into action- kit upgrades - elevating the experience 3. Commit- your work flow to mitigate risks.   -PotKITbook- was created to help artists during the pandemic.
