This was a new type of podcast interview for me. I interviewed Sara Bremer from The Wishing Well in downtown Lawrenceville, GA. I had a very enlightening discussion about Reiki. I truly believe in the power of positive thinking I also believe that we are all energy and the body has the ability to heal itself. Sara is certified Reiki Practitioner which all about energy healing. I was anxious to explore this topic with her as reiki is a rather new concept to me yet is gaining popularity in the alternative world. We discussed how we are all energy and how positive thinking effects wellness as well as negative emotions also effect our health. Sara has a really interesting story about how she caught a cold during a Reiki session. You know there are so many things out there we don't understand.
