My Dream My life. What are Dreams? A Dream is the Succession of images, ideas, emotions and sensations that usually occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. You can be awake Dreaming or sleeping. Factors that can help your dreams stay Alive. (1) Be confident and positive this is the backbone for all the tips to reach your dreams in life. And the more positive you are, the more you open doors to new opportunities and success. 2. Be Focused, forward and visualise your dreams. It's good to be well-focused it will help you to stay in. control and visualise a lot It will help when the going gets harder. (3) Make Every Step to have fun or relax it will go a long way to help your mental health and well-being in general. ( 4). Break down your plan into little pieces. Note big dreams can be quite overwhelming in the early days so creating them into small groups will help you with planning and focusing. 5. Don't listen to Negative comments, feedback, or advice from the wrong people. Sometimes they seem jealous of you and your dreams, aspirations, deals and plans.
