    At 247 pounds, Steph tried every diet imaginable and only became more and more discouraged. None of these schemes taught her the skills she needed to improve her health, give her energy to thrive, and manage her weight. But with the FASTer Way, she learned how to shed the fat sensibly through carb cycling. She embraced resistance training to build muscles to stimulate and maintain fat loss. With these tools and the motivation and accountability from her coach, she now has the strength and endurance to manage a hectic lifestyle.

    Aelie Swift knows food. She is a chef and owns a catering business in Alberta, Calgary, Canada.  After years of eating what she wanted, it was no surprise that in her mid-30s she found herself overweight and decided to adopt a low-carb lifestyle. She did lose weight, but after years of restricting her carbohydrates, chronically undereating, and being committed to exercise, she was not getting the results she wanted.
