Episode 6: BATMAN (1989)
In this episode, we break down and discuss the film BATMAN. Released in 1989, it was directed by Tim Burton and produced by Jon Peters and Peter Guber. It is the first installment of Warner Bros.' initial Batman film series. The film stars Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Jack Nicholson as his archnemesis the Joker, and Kim Basinger as Bruce’s love interest Vicky Vale. The film takes place early in Batman’s war on crime with him coming face to face with the Joker.

The film follows a group of Vietnam veterans who return in search of the remains of their fallen commander, as well as the treasure they buried while serving there.
