Episode 1: The Importance of Finding Your Voice
In episode one I felt it important and relevant to shine a light on the struggles of finding ones voice, but also I felt its just really important for all of us to begin to walk into our voices, and allow our highest selves to speak more than we do our traumas.

Introduction
