So today 2 Powerhouse PMO Women Leaders Walk Into A Room... my Podcast Room of course! We're talking about PMO Project Leadership and running your own global business as a female entrepreneur. Louise Gardner is the founder and managing director of Pledge Consulting, a specialist project management consulting business based in Sydney Australia. Louise founded the business in 2012 after becoming frustrated with corporate life after 15 years working in large organisations.
I really resonate with Louise because we are both PMO Leaders and so I’ve been inspired by her from the get go. I literally stalked her on LinkedIn and eventually reached out because I resonated with her ethos, her thought leadership so much. And recently we met for the first time over the Xmas holidays. We are speaking a lot about Building Community and Leading by Example, with my fine guest, ESTHER DEUTSCH.
Esther is a quintessential EntreprenHER and a really inspiring community builder. As Senior Partner Success Manager at Net at Work, she holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Business. Esther co-hosts a networking community to help bring business professionals together called www.inthistogetherroundtable.com. She also enjoys volunteering, especially with groups for women in technology and ran a mission trip to teach coding to young girls in the country of Belize! We met recently at the Channel Futures Leadership Summit in Miami where I moderated a panel of women leaders in business, and we hit it off so well, I asked her to come on to my podcast for a good chat.

Also we get to know Jennifer Julian, a multi-faceted talented writer, producer and artist, who has performed the largest stages herself (Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, Broadway, the=e list goes on...), as well as being a philanthropist who helps young people share their own voices through the creative process and power of the arts. Jennifer sat with me on an abnormally blustery Los Angeles day and dissected Rihanna's Super Bowl performance, how she announced her pregnancy on stage, as well as discussed some other really juicy topics about female entrepreneurship, imposter syndrome, how to deal with criticism from within and from others, getting out of your own way, vulnerability,... you get my drift... all these areas we deal with as super badass female entrepreneurs.
