There Are No Shortcuts To Success

There Are No Shortcuts To Success

In today’s episode Chelsi and Brittany talk about how there is NO shortcut to success. As Rachel Hollis would say, "For the people in the back let me say that again" THERE IS NO SHORTCUT TO SUCCESS. Nothing replaces hard work for sustainable and long term success. Everyone you see who has become "successful" in their field has put in the work, it didn't just happen overnight, it took sacrifice. You are in control of your life and if you can't show up for yourself you won't have confidence in yourself to continue to pursue your goal. If you're looking for an episode that will call you out on your shit and provide some tough love, then this is the episode for you, because both Brittany and Chelsi know it takes consistent hard work and not a magic pill to come out on top.

Katerina Moore | Setting Goals and Kicking Ass - How to Level Up

Katerina Moore | Setting Goals and Kicking Ass - How to Level Up

On today's episode we sit down with Katerina Moore, self-published author of the book Love Me Moore.

"Love Me Moore is an emotionally raw and visceral telling of one woman's journey through a lifetime of trauma and abuse. It also happens to be a heart-warming story of friendship, resilience, self-discovery, and an uplifting pathway to healing. What started as a collection of personal journal entries has been transformed into a deeply moving and insightful exposé, which sheds light on experiences shared all too often by women the world over. Katerina Moore has laid bare her passage from a young and vulnerable girl, to a strong, empowered, and passionate woman. Informed by her personal study of subject matter experts and the school of hard knocks, Katerina provides anyone who has experienced abuse, trauma, struggled with loss, or managing their own mental health with an inspirational guide for recovery, growth, and self-love."

We breakdown the process of setting goals and how Katerina used these goal setting techniques to write her own memoir and self-help book in one year. Are you unsure where to start, do you have a goal in mind that you want to achieve, or are you wanting that extra kick in the ass to motivate you to reach the goals you set for yourself? If so, listen in!

The NOT To-Do List | Setting Boundaries and Staying Firm

The NOT To-Do List | Setting Boundaries and Staying Firm

In today’s episode Chelsi and Brittany talk all about the concept of a NOT To-Do List. They explain why it’s important to have a list of “No’s” in both your business and person life, why it’s important to stay firm in your commitment to that “No” and how you shouldn’t feel offended or uncomfortable if someone says “No” to you or if you have to say it to someone else.

Faith Over Fear | Finding Hope in the Moments of Hopelessness

Faith Over Fear | Finding Hope in the Moments of Hopelessness

On today's episode Brittany and Chelsi talk about choosing a more positive influence or direction to invest your time and energy in to, rather than choosing to live in fear or doubt. Each one of us shares a different perspective or belief system and we want you to be able to turn toward that to help you grow during these times of struggles. Tune in as we touch on our beliefs, how we navigate them during our struggles and the questions we have faced throughout those struggles. By having a positive influence and bigger perspective on the situation it will allow you to turn away from negative sources such as shame, self-doubt, substances and more. If you are not sure where your beliefs lie, it can make it more difficult to get through the difficult moments. If you're thinking yes this is me, listen in as well talk about how you can dig deeper within yourself to find out what you believe, how to live in your truths and how to stay grounded in them if you're already in tune with yours.
