Good, Better, Best anabmohamud

Coming back after a whole year and some change (literally)! But I'm so happy to be back. Not gonna lie this podcast was recorded back in May and we are now close to waving goodbye to July which literally shows how time is flying. I got to bring back a guest from one of the previous podcast episodes, Nasra Mohamed, to dissect such an important topic that pretty much took over the first half of the mayoral race and that is the Ontario Science Center. A treasured place by many in the community including myself. Tune in to hear our thoughts on the Ford Governments push to move the Ontario Science Center to Ontario Place and what this move means for residents in Flemingdon and Thorncliffe Park!

This time it's been a while; not sure if it's too late to say Happy New Year (maybe...no). But I'm back, but this time I come barring gifts in the form of another incredible guest Chelsea!! She takes us through her journey to complete a bachelor's and Masters's in social work, working on her passion projects, that 9-5, and her self-care practices. I reflect on another quote by a phenomenal women, Maya Angelou who said, "If your always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be." And this could not be any more true. In today's episode I introduced a new series/segment titled, "Quotes Corner" where I will be sharing some of my favourite quotes and doing a bit of self-reflection with listeners. The first quote I introduced was by none other then Jim Carrey. I reflect on the importance of doing what you love regardless of the risks associated and the failures that come along.
