GOP's weekend conventions; Duluth mayor on state of the city Minnesota Today

Minnesota Republicans will gather for three endorsing conventions around the state this weekend. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison calls upon United Health Group to better protect patients and providers after February's cyber attack, and Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert delivers his first state of the city address.
