Lesson #1 - Let's Talk About Sexual Health with Kristen Gilbert

In this episode, I interview Kristen from Options for Sexual Health, a non-profit organization that offers sexual health care from a feminist, pro-choice perspective. Kristen covers numerous points in the field of sexual health including busting some taboo myths and giving some guidance on how to choose the right birth control for you.
