    This is an interview on information about the topic of Circadian Rhythm with Dr. Rick M.D. Board certified family physician.  He was happy to give some insight on how our biological clock works and how to make it function more efficiently.  He is also aware that everybody's body is different so please find out what works for you and hopefully you can find a good sleep hygiene!

    This is an interview with Dr. Rick M.D. certified board family physician.  He was happy to allow me to interview him on the topic of circadian rhythm to get better sleep.  If you are constantly fighting to keep your eyes open or wondering why you can't get to sleep or just wondering how you wake up and still feel tired then please listen and get some insight how this information may help you get better long term sleep.  Everyone has their own way of getting sleep so I hope you find your way and create what Dr. Rick calls a good Sleep Hygiene.  Good night everyone!
