Healing Relaxation Hypnosis for the Mind

Hypnosis is a harmless method of relaxing, while reaching the inner mind to create desired changes in behaviors or actions.  These can be unwanted behaviors or desired changes.  Hypnosis is very safe and cannot cause you to do anything that would be against your morals or wishes.  Many people will often hear much of what is on the recording the first 1-2 sessions, however as you listen to successive sessions, you will drift off faster and faster.  While in this state, you remain aware of your surroundings in the event of an emergency, however without distractions, you can just enjoy the peaceful feeling.  When your mind is in a state of relaxation, it creates an opportunity for positive input.  Hypnosis is much like day dreaming, with the bonus of extra relaxation.

This is an easy listening relaxation session designed to introduce you to hypnosis.  For best results find a comfortable, quiet place to recline or lie down and allow the session to carry you into a deep, relaxing journey.  If you have problems falling asleep at night, this session can be used at night when ready to go to sleep or mid afternoon for a quick power nap.
