It’s a new year and a lot of us have made new starts in our lives. We’ve made new year’s resolutions, goals and intentions and other things to start the new year. While all of these are good ways to start the year, we only wait for a new year before we make these start. Do we really need a new year to do all these things or can we make a fresh start whether it’s a new year or not?
