I hope you are not faced with the situation where you have to pickup a podcast like this one. But if you are, I hope to share with you what I have learned so far about grief and loss.
I do not have all the answers, heck I don't have most of them. But I want to assure you that you are not alone.
I hope you can find some peace and directions in this time of chaos and cluelessness through I miss you podcast, dedicated to my beautiful, caring, selfless, beloved mom, Geeta Sinha.

01 It has been over 100 days
Deep down I wish you guys are not here listening to this.
If you are joining me to share the pain of the loss of a loved one, I welcome you with open arms but I wish you never be in this situation. I wish you would not be in a situation where you are searching for the why. But if you are, I am here to listen. I don't have all you answers, I can't make the pain go away. But I can tell you are not alone and I can sit with you and maybe help you go through it if you feel alone.
It has been over 100 days since my beloved mother passed away. It has been not so easy but I hope I could help you with what I have learned and learning about grief and loss and how to find the meaning of your life after a part of your identity is lost.
