In the third episode, Industrial Ecologist Melanie talks about her thesis on greenhouse gas emissions inventories. She was part of a project team to analyze the greenhouse gas emissions from her university – the University of Graz. There, she was responsible for the emissions of the gastronomy services on and around the campus.
