I’ve relapsed Hey.it’s me. Myya

I was almost a week sober then yesterday I let the devil in and distract me from reaching that milestone. I’m disappointed af and am trying to beat myself up about it but can’t. I’ve done this before over and over and can’t keep destroying my future, my health and my relationships. This Sober stuff is a real ass kicker. Just praying for those with worse addictions than mines.
