Jay turned his knowledge of scuba diving into a multi-continent seafaring voyage around the world. Jay is a key component in spreading ocean conservation awareness through his work in Project Aware and SeaMester, where he works with young people to teach them about scuba diving and sailing. Through loyalty and his commitment to his family, Jay is off of the open ocean and back on land to help manage his sister's restaurant, Marti's at Midday in Athens, Ga.
