Therapy Talk! Is Therapy Scary?
I find that people don't want to go to therapy because they are afraid of the unknown. I encourage you to change your perception and think about your future. Think about the peace of mind and healthy relationships. The best relationship you will have is with yourself. Work on being the best version of yourself! Your mental health is so important. I promote therapy and therapeutic tools. I discuss therapy, whether therapy is scary, and tips to help you through the process. I find that people don't want to go to therapy because they are afraid of the unknown. I encourage you to change your perception and think about your future. Think about the peace of mind and healthy relationships. The best relationship you will have is with yourself. Work on being the best version of yourself!
