Now a days, people use the term "Narcissist" very casually without having a true understanding of this condition. In this episode, I discuss the nature of a narcissist, as well as the nature of codependency. Many people don't realize that they're codependent until they've had a relationship with a narcissist. This dynamic is meant to lead them to their spiritual awakening.

When it comes to choices, there are no mistakes in life....only lessons. The choices that we make are tied into our life lessons. It was destined for us to mess up so that we can master ourselves. Thoughts are energy and whatever we focus on grows. When our level of consciousness is low, we don't have a wide variety of thoughts to choose from. When this happens, we end up focusing on low quality thoughts, which attract low quality experiences. When we're unsure of ourselves and lack self trust, we look to others for validation. The problem with this is they may not be able to relate to us, therefore, they're not able to acknowledge what we feel. When we don't acknowledge our feelings and deal with them, it literally causes health problems.
