Loving the World Embodied Meditation

    • 代替療法

The beloved poet Mary Oliver said: My work is loving the world. We’ll take that as our intention today and let this short practice of simple movement and meditation be a love letter – a Valentine – to the world. We’ll start by stimulating the space around your physical heart, freeing any congestion or tightness in your chest, shoulders, and upper back. Then we’ll allow the resulting openness and ease to settle into your body with some quiet meditation, letting the feeling to extend, ripple by ripple, out into the world.
Want to be added to my mailing list, discuss a private yoga session, or offer suggestions for future Embodied Meditation recordings? I’d love to hear from you.
