hello! apologies for the small delay, we’ve been busy living life and stuff. but are we are BACK with an episode on one of our favourite topics - manifestation. WTF is manifestation, we hear you say? luckily we are joined by the lovely Gaby Power (@itsgabypower), certified life coach and founder of @powermoves.coaching, who explains it a bit better than we do - essentially it's a way to achieve your goals and realising your dreams through channeling the power of your mind, emotions and energy. we also chat about how many of us are regularly affected by what is known as limiting beliefs - opinions about ourselves or abilities that hold us back in life - and after #realising that these exist, we discuss how you can combat them effectively with tools like affirmation, manifestation and reflection. join us as we get very excited about transforming our minds, setting goals, taking baby steps to get shit done and ultimately, making magic happen.
