Welcome to Many Roads Travelled : Solo Female Travel Podcast
The travel podcast that takes you on epic adventures around the world!
Join me on my 16 month, 30,000+ mile road trip from Paris to Cape Town way back in 1993/94!
So before the internet, cell phones and Google maps!
I hope to entertain you with my crazy ass travel tales as well as offer you inspiration & travel advice (especially for solo female travellers) along the way!
After 30 years of solo female travel to 76 countries I have alot of them!
In each episode I will be covering 1 city/country/area and offering travel tips for female solo travel as well as up to date travel tips in general for the area I cover in the episode.
This will give you a feeling of what it is really like to travel especially as a solo female traveler.
As well as learn how sustainable travel is the best kind of travel!
I have done many long term budget road trips, as well as shorter trips as a female solo traveler as well as with friends.
When I left for Africa in 1993, I thought I was going to be away for 6 months at the time...it turned out to be 22 years!
Upcoming series will cover more road trip such as:
Solo female travel in Central America (my most recent in Feb 2020)
Solo female travel in Europe
Solo female travel in South East Asia
Solo female travel in the Middle East
Solo female travel in India
Solo female travel in Canada
Solo female travel in the USA
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for listening! :)
So if you love female travel, adventure travel, solo travel or just travel in general then come along for the ride!
