Let me start out by saying.... I’m tired of being in the damn house and I’m tired of not having a social life. I'm simply over this damn pandemic and I need a way to deal with all of my frustration and mental health overall. I created this podcast as an outlet for me to express myself and not allow depression to creep back into my life ever again. I have a lot to get off of my chest. I need to laugh, I need to vent and I need to release. Tune in if you need a laugh or if you too have suffered from depression. Life is short , so live each day on your terms. Self love is the best love!

Own your shit, don’t let it own you
In this episode I discuss taking ownership of your shit, you know the ugly parts of yourself. Facing those things forces us to take accountability for our actions and helps us grow. Sometimes those things keep us in a depressed state that blocks us from being the best version of ourselves. The journey is endless, but the reward is everlasting.
