What we don't know can and will hurt us. Likewise when we do not have the knowledge of God. Today, as we conclude our series, we will take a look at the final 3 grave consequences of not having the knowledge of the living God. 

There is a saying that goes “What you don't know won't hurt you," or “What you don't know can't hurt you.” That’s not entirely true because there are many things in life that unless you know, you’ll likely bring harm upon yourself and the people around you. The same thing with the knowledge of God, while there are many benefits of knowing the Lord, there are also devastating consequences of not knowing Him. In this episode, we will look at three out of six dangers of not knowing the Lord.

In these perilous times, we need more of the knowledge of God, not less. In this episode, we'll walk through the four basic benefits of having the knowledge of God.

Worthwhile relationships are based on knowledge. When we meet someone for the first time, we do not consider that we really know that person until we have the opportunity to learn more about that person, such as his or her history, personality, likes, dislikes, and desires. As we come to know more about a new acquaintance, we better understand how to carry on a relationship with that person. In the same way, a vibrant relationship with the triune God must be rooted in a firm understanding of who He reveals Himself to be in His Word.

For our episode 10 today, we'll begin a 3-part series on "The Knowledge of The Living God." Through the series, we are going to answer questions like: What does the Bible say about a person who knows God? Why is it important to know the living God? And what are the warnings of those who do not know God?

In this episode, we seek to answer the question, "What is God doing about the evil in this world?" In the book of Joel 1:1-12 we'll learn that God, one way or another, will not only confront the evil and sin of his people in order to get their undivided loyalty and love, but he also will confront the evil and sin of the rest of the world, one way or another. Scriptures teach us that there is awaiting final judgment from God, But He also has given his only begotten Son to deliver and redeem us from the evil and sins of our own hearts, saving us from God's wrathful confrontation on them.

In times of trouble and uncertainties, we tend to lose our confidence and faith in God and give in to fear. In episode 7 today, Pastor Philip Fernandez reminds us through Scriptures that as Christians we must live by faith, and choose to trust God, even when it's most difficult to do so.
