Hello everybody let me introduce myself, my name is Muchtar Ali Aditama and I am 17 years old. In this podcast, I want to tell you about my dreams. Okay first we will talk about my background. I was born in Pringsari village on June 30, 2003. My father was a teacher but now he is gone, and my mother is also a teacher. I am three siblings, and I am the last child. My first brother is a teacher, my second sister is also a teacher. Yep, indeed all of my family are teachers except for me who is still in school.
When I was child, I dreamed of becoming a police officer, because I used to think that policemen were cool because they looked handsome. Continuing to start primary school, I was still careless when asked about my ideals. Sometimes I want to be a soldier, a doctor, even I want to be president. Because in the past I only focused on school so I didn't really care what dreams were made of. Back when I was in grade 4 of primary school, I often watched badminton matches on television with my family, I had the thought of becoming a badminton athlete so that I could appear in front of many people and be supported by my family with cheers and enthusiasm. But all of that is not according to my expectations, with my fat body I think being a badminton athlete is not my goal.
Starting from junior high school my thoughts were growing up. At that time I realized how my family was doing activities which could be called the teacher's family. How busy are they at home and at work. I see this almost every day and even I usually take part in helping them do their job. Then when I started high school I began to study seriously to pursue my dream as a teacher. I began to feel that being a teacher was not easy. Being a teacher is a very noble task, being a teacher must be patient and strong, the teacher will educate students to be better and be able to achieve the desired goals. Teachers play a big role in the child's development process. Because I was often told about my family's struggles to become a teacher, I became interested and thought that being a teacher was the goal of my life. I want to be an active and creative teacher, so that one day my students will always remember me until they grow up. I am very proud of my family.
I am currently in grade 3 high school and I am in the phase of choosing a major for college. It seems that this is my first step to gain knowledge in lectures so that later I can reach my dreams as a teacher. I hope I can reach my dreams and make my family proud. That's all my talk on the podcast this time, I hope you guys enjoy hearing my story. thank you
