Shortnose

It’s pretty awesome!

This podcast is one of the best things I’ve ever found on the ‘net. Jason and Carissa Weiser have compiled a truly impressive library of fascinating old stories from around the world, and retell them in a very engaging way.

I have even begun to use some pieces (#11’s Cat story, for example) in my English lessons with my more advanced students.

Mandatory subscription

Using a free platform to upload subscription only content is not the best way to go about getting people to pay for your content. Next pod sucks.

Really good stuff

Really loves how this podcast is built up! The creator is very well spoken and funny. Totally recommend if you like mythology and that kind of things.

Also it’s really fun to hear an American trying to pronounce Scandinavia and Japanese names. Hahahah
