The Arabic language is the fifth most spoken language in the world, fourth most used language online and one of six official languages of the united nations.
All varieties of Arabic combined are spoken by perhaps as many as 422 million speakers.
But that is the catch, when you want to learn Arabic, there are many varieties to choose from, and the Modern Written Arabic (or Fusha) is almost only used in written form, which makes learning it alone insufficient.
This channel aims to provide hearing comprehension exercises -and also a bit of vocabulary trainning - for almost all levels.

Our current target is 1 new video per week, with your support we're hoping to be able to upload 1 video per day. Slow news in Arabic is a project aimed at giving the listeners an opportunity to practice vocabulary and listening comprehension of the Arabic language, using Slowly read news in a hybrid of Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) and the Levantine dialect.
