This podcast is based on Ask And It Is Given, a perpetual calendar that is about the law of attraction. When our day goes better, we sleep better at night and that is how my original sleeping meditation evolved into this. The law of attraction has worked for me, I’m 61 years old now and I became aware of this through The Nature of Personality: A Seth Book by Jane Roberts. I was in my early 20’s, living in New York City and literally living from hand to mouth, putting myself through college, auditioning for dance; I felt lost. The law of attraction transformed my life.

    We all have resistant thoughts. The key is taking that frustrating moment, breathe, and become aware of it. Then DO something, anything that feels a bit productive like go for a walk or recycle the papers you don’t need that are crowding your workspace, then notice the feeling afterwards. You feel lighter and piece by piece you continue to allow yourself feel good. You deserve to feel good. ❄️💙❄️
