Not So Simple Life Autumn

A brief episode on my vision and goals for Not So Simple Life.

We’ve all done it. We’ve all had conversations with ourselves in our heads and told ourselves the way we are. We’ve all made statements like “I am _____” or “I should’ve done _____.” We’ve all looked in the mirror at one point and thought about how anyone could possibly find us attractive. We’ve all had things we wanted that we convinced ourselves we could never have before even trying to get them. But why do we tell ourselves lies and then convince ourselves that those lies are the truth? When you stop and look at it that way it seems a bit ridiculous. Yet, we have all done it. Here are some of the most common lies either I myself have told myself or the people around me have told themselves.
