I'm so happy I had the opportunity to speak with Ollie and truly grateful for the conversation that we shared.

You quickly learn that Ollie has a lovely energy and a great way of vocalising his stories and learnings from his life. Hearing Ollie's perspective on topics such as his diagnosis with Bipolar Disorder, happiness and meditation was eye-opening and thought-provoking in the best way.
