He references Neuroscientist Rick Hansons findings of how our minds naturally gravitate towards accepting negative thoughts as truth on impact versus how our minds take at least 15 seconds of focus to accept a positive thought.

    Are we willing to make room for where we want to go and who we want to become?
    It's a New Year! I love it. I am a visual person, so I buy in to the idea that we can turn the page of 2022 and move on to a new chapter with 2023. New Years brings along with it new goals, new hopes, new dreams...a new vision for ourself. 
    I have a love hate relationship with goals, because I find them to be inconsistent and cause more frustration than anything else. I spent the last year researching and learning about how we can actually actively evolve into a better version of ourself and found that the conversation led to HABITS. 
    Goals by nature are bigger than us, but more often than not we are relying on an old way of thinking with old habits that frankly don't fit the life we want to live.
    In this episode I illustrate how to identify these habits and what we can do to have a transformational year!
