Avery Wheat, a currently enrolled high school student has many opinions on society and central schooling systems, because of what they have become. Through each interlude Avery tries to get her listeners (you) and her guest in the podcast to see other point of views on oppressed people in educational environments. Another thing to take note of is book sections she attempts to incorporate. For this particular podcast many mentions, rhetorical questions, and some not very rhetorical questions are asked regarding the book "Pedagogy of the Oppressed," by author Paulo Freire.
