Parts Work Meditation Ground and Grow

Here is a nice meditation for those of you doing some inner child work. In this meditation, we will hold space for the different parts of yourself to explore wounds and initial responses to those wounds. We will slow things down by identifying how you can meet your needs from your authentic self. Thank you for practicing along with me!
