It’s Valentine’s Day and I am happy that I am single lol cuz dating has been challenging! I don’t know about you but I am all Bumbled and Hindged out(never tried POF or tinder lol) now that I am dating I am putting more direction and attention to what I want to Manifest! Yay for manifestation !! And hello to my new spouse(whoever you are)

Society emphasizes a balanced life.  But its like they want everyones life to fit into this certain box. Now, its true we are all human and all put on pants one leg at a time(I am open to someone challenging that) but there is no way that we all can create similar lines of balance. Take to your individual strengths and develop a plan.  My take on a way to create that balance. A "look within" you could say. Not as deep as it sounds lol. Enjoy!

The sudden loss of Kobe Bryant has left me at a loss of words. A man I have never met, who inspired me from childhood was tragically taken, along with his 13 year old daughter GiGi. Mamba Mentality is something  took to years ago, to better help with my self love, self growth journey. To have the focus and the drive he had was God given, but he made me believe God gave it to me too. And to you. That my life was more than how I was living it. This isn't a tribute to him, more so the mindset I go after every single damn day of my life because of him. #ripkobe&gigi 

I think that its not a secret we all have that internal battle going on. It determines decisions we make in our lives, the direction our lives go and the risks we are willing to take,(or in most cases not take) Am I comfortable with myself? - I'll share that and some more of my favorite practices i have set to help me become a better person!!!
