Sublimely listenable history
The History of Rome, the precursor to this podcast, was a much admired podcast and it's style I daresay has been copied by others since. This podcast jumps from world revolution to world revolution but is very much in the style of its forebear is wonderfully enjoyable and a pleasure to listen to. I can't recommend it enough.
