If you have experience with meditation it'll still be beneficial for you because it can be a reminder or it might give you different insight on the meditative process for yourself.

    One of the reasons I think I've done so well with weight watchers is because I've already tried to do so many things and needed a strong mindset to try and believe that I was going to succeed with those things. Now that I'm seeing results believing that the goal is possible.. it seems easy.
