San Bernardino Covid-19 Relief Funding for Housing Faith Speaks

Last Tuesday during the Ad Hoc CDBG Committee hearing $1,060,000 was allocated for a rent relief/eviction prevention program to be dispersed through the San Bernardino Housing Authority. It was stated that CDBG-CV Funds did not state whether they could or could not be used to aid undocumented families in our community.
RIGHT NOW, you can help ensure that our city council and mayor make keeping our families housed a top priority as we adapt to the fallout of the pandemic. On Wednesday August 19th at 5:30 PM San Bernardino’s City Council will have a hearing during the City Council Meeting in order to approve the implementation of $6,446,486 in COVID-19 Federal Aid Funding. 20-21 Annual Action Plan where the total spending for those funds is outlined.
