On this day, I hailed a ride and had a discussion around the forthcoming elections with the driver. I found his views to be near the same as those of middle-class Nigerians.

Hail a ride and driver cancels on you? 🙄
Too many times, a rider hails a cab and the driver cancels without the courtesy to call the rider with a reason for cancellation. In this episode, a driver tries to explain why this happens. Do you agree with his reasons? Care to share your experience?

My second ever
So Nigeria's ride hailing services is particularly filled with male drivers. That's not hard to understand considering the fact that like nearly all African countries, Nigeria is patriarchal. This one told me things that made me wish I had recorded the first female driver I ever came in contact with😢.
